I have to put a star ... I would have liked to put zero ... I bought 2 sweaters for my grandmother worth 115, 90 euros bought in the morning, I show the sweaters to my grandmother, (she did not even try), the sweaters are not suitable, I go back in the shop in the wake of refusing to reimburse me. I am offered a voucher which brings me absolutely nothing ... (I wear 34 and I am 25 years old ...) I am sorry to hear that eventually if I had bought on the internet ... So what good are the shops if we cannot communicate and satisfy customers? I will no longer go to Tuscany and my relatives ... Conclusion I have a voucher which is useless to me, a not satisfied grandmother! Indeed the next time the purchases will be on the internet (in principle not at Toscane or Armand Thierry) farewell to the shops ... I do not understand this world ...
