The lady in charge of the administrative tasks is a total disaster, not informing about the processes, not polite, apparently, she is more worried about her look than the clients. Created issues with the insurance who was supposed to take in charge the payments but never gave any information either to us or the insurance. Thank god the manager was here to solve the issues generated by her. If you see her, please ask to deal with the manager, it is better for your mind as you have other to care about and you don't need such additional pressure.
