A MONUMENTAL misdiagnosis claimed the life of my cat, who will have died for a week due to poor treatment before leaving us. Beyond the sadness of having lost this dear and tender being, who was only 3 years old, today anger is predominant. Indeed, an error can happen, but there: no professionalism, no empathy and above all NO EXCUSE! They are blaming each other. You have to live it to believe it. We found another veterinarian (Héricourt) the day before his death. The observation of your error is final and totally incomprehensible (according to him). Obviously no refund. I feel like I paid 280 bullets to kill my cat. Thanks buddies! A star is already more than you deserve.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of consistent end-of-life follow-up for our cat euthanized on 10/26/2020. After 3 years of complete confidence in your practice, we looked into the file of our cat, with kidney failure: 4 anesthesia, 4 tranquilizations, at least. We feel guilty for not having reacted in time to the treatments administered to this living, sensitive, docile and cooperative being.
