I am really very disappointed and upset. Today, I received an SMS (see photo attached) entitling me to a 20% reduction for my birthday (October 29). I went to the La Teste shop, I chose 4-5 pairs of tights in anticipation of confinement. When I arrived at the checkout, and I showed the SMS, the saleswoman asked me in addition for a "code" received several weeks before that I could not find. She wouldn't give me the discount even with the text in front of me as proof. I really can't find that trader from you, knowing that I come regularly and that you managed to find me on your computer with my name! I am going to report this incident to headquarters because it is not normal to receive 2 different SMS, at different times (several weeks apart) for the same thing. Thank you

We went to this store to find a swimsuit, the older saleswoman was very unpleasant, she started by taking care of us, then left us in the cabins and at the end she gave us limit put out because she had "a waiting line" when there were only two people

I repeat regularly, for kindness, personal treatment, quality and especially for location and ease of changes if necessary. I love their pinkies and their swimsuits. The service is different according to the customers, for my part, the saleswoman was very unpleasant and not very efficient, in this period of deconfinement only one cabin was supposed to be open, occupied by a "privileged" customer who tried the whole store during 40min, when we were able to access it, this same customer who had gone to pay wanted to try a swimsuit again and as if by magic we opened a second cabin for her. Never again will I set foot in this store as long as there is this seller.

Awesome The counselors are adorable, attentive and they advise very well for sizes. I had a problem with a tights today I called them and I was able to exchange without problem. I highly recommend this Calzedonia!
