We are absolutely delighted with his work and his involvement. He managed everything perfectly, the work is clean, serious in short .... congratulations to him! We also want to thank and congratulate Thomas for advising us on the wood stove. We tend to say things when we are not satisfied, but when we are delighted with a job it must also be said, I think this is very important. Thomas, we thank you very sincerely, for already, your great kindness, your seriousness and your great professionalism. Deplorable after-sales service. A lot of worries since the beginning of the installation of a Chazelle fireplace insert at almost 8000 € and now it's up to me to manage! After several interventions on their part, without convincing results .... They ask me to go to the menu on the remote control reserved for installers and technical center !!! to make adjustments on the phone !! New generation home service, maybe? I specify that the maintenance and the purchase of the pellets were done only at their home, there, that did not pose them any worries .... Make your choice with full knowledge of the facts, or look elsewhere.
