Fireplace and its insert bought 2 years ago. Very disappointed with this lift-up insert model which has no waterproofing, the smell of wood and smoke is very unpleasant in the house every time. We ended up not turning it on. Very nice effect, however, but we had not bought this fireplace only for decoration but to use it regularly unfortunately it is very unpleasant each time. Regarding the hospitality and service of this store, nothing to say, the owners are great.
