Excellent location in the heart of the city, spacious and clean room, very good value for money. Staff available and friendly. We had a great time at the restaurant / bar after long days of work. Nice atmosphere, thank you to all the team especially to the bartender :)

Drama, not a hotel. Price works wonders.

I didn't stay there, and with good reason. I booked my room on a specialist site that offered this hotel, which by the way is not called the Norman on the facade. Arriving in front of the hotel around 6 p.m. I found the door closed. I try to call the manager of the hotel who is obviously not available, so I leave a message. Faced with the urgency of finding accommodation and without an answer until then, I decided to cancel my reservation. Ten minutes later the manager called us, so I suggested that he visit the room to make sure that everything that was noted in the offer was indeed consistent. So I arrived in front of the establishment where we were greeted by a young man whose outfit was obviously not suitable for welcoming newcomers, besides this detail I quickly noticed the lack of organization and the cleanliness was more than doubtful .. I enter a very small room which did not correspond at all to the offer. Disappointed, I decided not to keep a reservation which was going to cost me 50 € anyway. I found a much better hotel for maybe € 15 more expensive but there was nothing to talk about and only about ten minutes away. I absolutely do not recommend as it is.

Horrible, run away! Already the hotel is called the Fecamp, we had to stay because we had to pay for the room before seeing it, impossible to wash (no light in the shower) no toilet paper, we slept 3 hours Because of the noise from the floor above, a false advertisement on Booking.com, a hotel like that should not be allowed to open, shameful! The photos have nothing to do with the hotel! Pure scam!

The hotel is not called the Norman! Did not answer when we called to find. False booking advertisement. Room without toilet, 73 € per night for a shabby bed, unmaintained toilet facilities, a shower with 10cm of water in it: disgusting. Unwashed switch and faucet. Stained sheets. No insulation: thanks to the frolics above and the people in the private courtyard who made noise until 11:45 pm ... dirty hallways and toilets down the hall. All this during the COVID period ...
