Expensive store and where we always wait at the checkout ... But the pinnacle today: I arrive exactly 10 minutes before the store's closing time to purchase an important item. The doors of the store were already closed! The staff saw that I was there, but no one deigned to open the door to even say what I needed. And yet, knowing the store, I would have been at the cash desk in less than 2 minutes and they would have closed on time! If you systematically close before the announced time, SPECIFY IT ON YOUR TIMES! It would have saved me 20km to come and break my nose ....!
