After two visits in the same week to Mr. Schirmann, sales advisor, for a second-hand class B 200 d, he offered us a test with Mr. Sidati, who acts as Star Expert, on Saturday late morning. While looking for a vehicle, over the past few weeks we have tested several different vehicles in other dealerships and met with sales advisers. We were pleasantly surprised by their welcome, the quality of the information given and the service provided during the vehicle test. Indeed, Mr. Sidati allowed us to have a test worthy of the name. We have not yet made a purchase decision, however we wanted to convey our satisfaction.

Terrible reception. No smile. I bring my vehicle for body repair. I am charged for an unwanted service. Haughty behavior of the 2 secretaries and no courtesy vehicle. Closed face. At the reception of the vehicle, I am yelled at while the secretary has the wrong key.

Very good concession! Superb welcome, goes out of her way to accommodate the client, very nice because it is not obligatory on their part! I will go back with my eyes closed! 😉
