It is unfortunately in the context of the death of my mother that I had to appeal to funeral organizations. In the rush, my family and I were turned into the competition, which looked down on us, no empathy, no clarity and very money-centric. Through a member of the family, we turned to the Pompes Funèbres Berthelot Evreux. to be avoided at all costs. deplorable welcome. the person who received us, took us "from above" contradicting everything the hospital teacher (in which my mother was) had explained to us (a bit special case). not at all professional. supports things that it doesn't bother to check upstream. no emphaty. in short, not at all what we expect from funeral pumps

I especially want to thank Nadia. Following the death of our father, she was able to be particularly professional and above all very understanding and emphatic. She knew how to accompany us at every stage and also knew how to notice our young age and incompetence in matters of funerals. She quickly understood our wishes and without being overzealous or "clever" as some people mentioned earlier. My sister and I thank Nadia and her entire team enormously (the body was taken to the hospital just 1 hour after the funeral visit, my father was incredibly made up and prepared - as if he was 10 years younger ) and Nadia knew how to accompany us at every difficult moment that a funeral can represent.
