A human team. Extraordinary and it deserves to be emphasized.

We were very surprised to receive an extremely rude salesman from us and totally inadequate with the service we wanted. This gentleman was wrong at first house (he stayed a good half hour in front of the residence of our guards) without understanding that ours (in front of which there were 4 cars) which is 150m was the place where we were waiting for him. At no time did he want to acknowledge his mistake and showed an absolutely unspeakable bad mood towards us. Last but not least: the quote he has given us is higher (proof to support) by respectively 30 and 60% than the other two estimates made by us. We have lived here for 42 years and we mistakenly thought that Desormeaux House offered better services to these potential customers. Which act.
