She literally started yelling at my mother on the phone for a simple treatment recovery because I quote you have to come back for a consultation to simply resume treatment knowing that we came five days before, when I resumed the phone conversation (since my mother was totally overwhelmed by the situation) she continues to yell and when you calmly explain the situation to her again she continues to yell before hanging up since she is not able to contain her nervousness, never seen in my life. when you are not able to do your job you change, she thought of after sales service.
