Boulangerie pâtisserie Maison Schmidt

We bought a chocolate crisp, however the crunch was extra thin and almost non-existent. What a pity because the chocolate mousse is well scented. We also bought a fig dome. the mousse and the shortbread are very good but for the two pastries, it is too loaded with sugar. Reducing them in sugar would allow them to be enjoyed to the end. Despite my somewhat negative comment, we must recognize the work of the pastry chef!

I ordered two big birthday cakes and frankly they were super beautiful and especially good 😋😋😋
