Une boulangerie ouverte 7j/7, de tôt le matin à tard le soir. Un établissement visuellement digne de ce nom. Des vendeuses et des gérants toujours accueillants, souriants et agréables, du salé au sucré rien à dire. Encore un grand merci de nous avoir ouvert les portes pendant que d'autres sont restés fermés. Mes meilleurs vœux à toute l'équipe.

Purchase on 01/01/2021 of an APPLE pancake due to an allergy. I emphasize that 25 € the cake, we expect quality. During the tasting, a bad surprise of a frangipane and an allergic reaction. The pompom? Without bean. Call from the bakery where we are offered to come and collect a bean and the manager will be there in the evening. I introduced myself, no manager who is on appointment on 01/01/2021 at 5.30 pm. We should have brought back the galette without tasting it (??) No discussion possible. No commercial gesture. Not a touch of intelligence in the reactions. Fortunately, the saleswomen are loyal and respectful. The shop remains beautiful, selling frangipane cakes for 25 € without beans helps finance. Customer for many years, an error happens, a small gesture for the children for these few ruined family moments would have given 5 stars. Small advice for the next ones: ask to open the cake before consuming.

First of all, the establishment has been renovated, very pretty, pleasant, beautiful window and above all beautiful window. Let’s get down to business now .... I’m not commenting on the bakery side, not having bought bread, it seems legitimate to me. The pastry side, as I said previously, very pretty and beautiful presentation. The prices are not displayed in the window which appeals to me a little but let's move on, it's a detail. Bad taste pastry, poor quality of products and disappointment. Very nice staff too bad my taste buds are not happy. In the past I was a real regular at this establishment but disappointment after disappointment and given the rise in prices It might be time to have a real pastry chef to defend the brand and correct the situation. Finally it remains a cordial advice. Apart from THE PRODUCT in itself and the price / quality ratio the rest is positive.
