Je demande une galette des rois pour 4 personnes. La vendeuse va en chercher une dans le laboratoire alors qu'il y en a plusieurs en vitrine. En voulant la déguster chez moi, je m'appercois que toutes les amandes effilées sont grillées. Déception... A la dégustation : très moyen. Appareil pauvre en poudre d'amandes. On dirait que le gout d'amandes est dû à un arôme ... Concernant les minis buches de Noël que j'ai acheté vers le 20 décembre : elles n'étaient pas fraîches du jour : sèches et avaient le goût des pâtés lorrains exposés dans la même vitrine. Bref, la qualité ne s'améliore pas. Très dommage
