Pretty surprised by the negative opinions when you see the sympathy and the availability of the sellers! Good advice for the choice of sizes and model when you have a gift to make. A small atypical shop but always tidy. The products are of quality, I have never had a problem since I bought. I highly recommend !

Very disappointed with my visit, I got fooled, I bought 1 bag on sale at 95 €, but when I returned I looked on the site for another product and there I see my bag the same day on sale at 60 € free delivery. I tell myself that the manager made a mistake. I contacted her and there she replied that it was normal she did not have the same sales as on the site at all! she even gives me an example of a leather jacket that she sells at -40% whereas it is at -50% so MORALITE me who rather likes to keep the stores alive than the Internet, I HAVE GOT SCAMED !!!

Magnificent little shop, quality clothing, despite a small problem on a coat ... Pleasant and qualified saleswoman. I recommend.

I went to the Nancy store, rue des Dominicains, with my husband. He tried on a jacket, and the sales clerk insisted that he buy it "it's the only one I have," "if you don't take it, I won't have another if you want it after "... A bit outdated as a sales system, right ??? Personally, I wanted to try on tops. The saleswoman stayed behind me the entire time I was watching what I wanted to try. A bit oppressive as a sales system !!! And when I finally chose my products, a little disillusioned to have a saleswoman stuck to me, she said to me "during your fitting, I ask you not to put foundation on the clothes". I really hallucinated his thinking and told him. She replied "oh I tell all women not just you". So what ? This in no way legitimizes her attitude, that she does it with all the other clients !!! And when I left the cabin, she was waiting for me to quickly take the clothes from my hands and check if I had not stained anything, a shame! At first glance, she appears unfriendly, the smile is pinched but once in the shop it's downright worse! I even saw him almost make fun of another client! Madame has a high regard for her. And to discuss it around me with my friends, they are all unanimous, the mediocre quality of this saleswoman! His attitude is haughty and contemptuous! Hundreds of them no longer set foot there ... Me neither !!!!
