Indeed, several objects have not been protected: out of 6 identical lounge chairs 3 have benefited from a protective cover and not the others, why? A solid oak table leg as well as unprotected HIFI equipment remained in the rain, a garden table scratched on the edge because it was loaded into the truck without protection… Maybe it was necessary to pay an additional cover? 3 months later I still discover poor workmanship, poorly reassembled furniture which makes them unusable or almost unusable, broken dishes, scratched car rims ... We usually call on movers because this is our 5th move and I can tell you that this is the first time that I have seen such a low level of quality. If you want to call on moving professionals, go your way.

Punctual and serious, call us before arriving and even a call the day before for the finalization of the details. Furniture well protected and transported with care. Indeed, when moving, they do not hesitate to put several loads of customers in the same truck. Of course, what happens is that there are losses. They can also be 4h30 late. Having waited for them at 8 a.m. to finally arrive at 12:30 p.m. In addition, objects damaged by them are not compensated. For me it was a piano over 1500 €. When you talk to this company, you never have the same people in front of you. Of course, if you call them with a problem, they're never wrong. I strongly advise against this company which has no value and which is unprofessional at all.
