Whilst I'm always tempted by the sweet things in the shop I usually go for the tasty home made quiche. Nice to munch my way though one of these when I stop for a break at the village. Last two times I missed the opening times of the shop and I was so disappointed. Looking forward to my next trip at the end of this month. Fingers crossed they will be open. Friendly staff there too.

Home always polite and cordial. BUT, franchised bakery, so industrial, so to meet urgent needs, certainly, for the quality, go your way. It's a shame, in a village with such a history, it is largely possible to do better.
