Luckily I went through this bakery during a hike ... the very nice baker showed me around his bakery, great for someone like me who loves good bread! A good pizza and a piece of cake baked in this oven for my picnic ... bread, I'll go get some at the organic market in Pau when I return from vacation vacances
Signs to indicate the bakery everywhere on the roads. We make the detour to go there. In the end, the bakery is only open 2 days a week in season. Joke.
The bread is just so good!
