Impeccable quality. Difficult to find better but there is a but ... The prices are relatively high, we are in a village in the north of the Oise! We will also note the lack of vigilance on the orders, it earned me a return trip due to an error in the preparation of salty petits fours which had become sweets, although the label indicated "salty". Not very pleasant to do 30 km more in full preparations for New Year's Eve.

Very good pastry having said that I find the boss to be very haughty with the little news. Looking down on her in front of clients will not give you a better reputation, on the contrary, regardless of her professional level.
