Ashamed to treat the deceased and his family in such a way, no support, a lot of professional misconduct that we did not appreciate. Really disappointed with this company!
A shame this funeral director, the woman who takes care of giving the information gives it only half. No communication, when called, she is not friendly, she says she calls back but never does. My husband (the son of the deceased) and I did not even say the last goodbye to the brewing to him because Madame had not communicated any information.We only found out on the morning of the funeral , the whole family. We did not have time to arrive. No accompaniment, to flee. Very angry with them. I will not make them any publicity.
No information on the address of the cemetery. I was not able to accompany my uncle one last time as I would have liked. I am missing the accompaniment to the cemetery. AND when I arrived thanks to my GPS search the family was leaving ...... information yet so easy to give at the church before leaving ...
