I followed the steps and the machine did not start when I had just paid € 9.50. I tried to call the so-called contact and emergency number. I had no answer. Nobody dropped out. Yet it is Saturday in the afternoon! Unacceptable and rude. It's the nice hairdresser opposite who helped me out. I hope you will have the courtesy to pay it back because we tried once with the same machine and it lost € 9.50 too. We had to change the machine for it to work. So he put 18 € out of his pocket. But he will surely have more chance to meet you one day !!
