Unjustified fees (20 euro for sending mail several times) horrible reception it seems that making a transfer when their applications beug is hell for them! And they often forget to take into account what they are told I spent 1 month without a card because on 2 occasions they forgot to apply. Really to avoid whether it is on the bank side or the human side, nothing is right !!

AGENCY TO FUIR !!!!! Unreachable by phone, the hot line never passes you people. Everything is good for charging you a fee, until the account is closed. They charge you fees on canceled credit cards When we got our mortgage, they were more concerned with selling us insurance and raising an alarm than dealing with our requests. Your advisor changes, you are not notified. We left and will NEVER go back !!!!!

This bank has just become catastrophic since October 2019! Change of advisor every 2/3 years and they are less and less competent! Impossible to reach them by email or phone! 3 to 4 weeks to have an appointment! 2 months of follow-up for a summary request of the fund releases of our work loan! 4 emails and 3 voice messages to make an appointment to open a professional account: never had a call back! Re belotte this month requesting a loan for a vehicle, 2 weeks waiting to have a simple estimate of the rate: 3.50% for 16 € over 60 months! While the competition offers between 2.70% and 2.90%. Shameful! This bank makes no effort to keep these customers ... I am in the process of making my arrangements.

Unjustified fees, impossibility to have an answer either by mail or by telephone (5 unanswered mails while they were read). One can admit the right to the error on an isolated case. Unfortunately, reading the other comments clearly shows a lack of professionalism. Should we leave a negative comment on Google to get an answer? Should I ask a half-day and crane in your agency to get an answer?
