Entrance of too small tank, coffin that does not pass, the family who must go down the coffin and so on .... No excuse (yes even the minimum!) Rejected the fault on another provider (who he called) while it is he who placed the order and is therefore the only responsible! A shameful behavior to accompany the family in mourning and the deceased in his last home.
