Huge disappointment. Purchased a pellet burner resistance in April 2020. In a month of use, it is already out of use. Poor quality product from China. We found an original product elsewhere at a very competitive price.

Swiss customers, FUYEZ. I ordered a sink in early July (€ 419), paid the requested € 24 delivery charge, and I am told over the phone that it includes all shipping costs. In addition to the fact that the order was to arrive in mid July, and that it arrived 15 days late (no proactive communication from them, I had to call many times to find out where it was), a month after the carrier ask me 151.50CHF, including 37.10 Swiss VAT, the rest being costs ... In the end, 165 € for delivery (including 35 € Swiss VAT) ...

Very disappointed, I ordered a poujoulat double skin duct I already receive the poujoulat brand and in a simpler skin.
