Washing machine ordered and paid for at the end of August, the seller gives a delivery date 3 days later. I thought I was perfect. It is October 8 and the machine is still not delivered. They had completely forgotten about me .... If I had not called at the end of September the delivery would not be scheduled.
Lack of pot I have to postpone the 1st delivery date. For the 2nd date the delivery man said he had come by but I did not hear the doorbell or be called. The person was rude and disclaims all responsibility .... Result I am waiting for my machine but I will not return.
Closed on Saturdays during confinement ended elsewhere. Why not, it's not for me to manage! But then update the site and the timetables to prevent customers from traveling for nothing. Thanks in advance.
