A week ago I wrote this text under the spell of anger after my mishap with the pressing ..: I find it unfortunate and regrettable to deposit a dress with a task (cake, so must leave normally ...), pay extra for a treatment in addition, to report this task, and after 2 days to the dry cleaning, recover this dress with always this task !!!! The least things would have been to pay me back the laundry, knowing that I often put clothes ... Very disappointed by the service ... Today, I want to go back to my comments because after going to explain myself verbally with the manager, the latter took me the dress to wash, treated the task, and I was able to recover my dress as new. I would like to congratulate the person in charge of this pressing who has shown relational, listening and understanding. So for all these things, I change my vote and encourage you to trust them .. Before I put you a star, but today I put you 4 .. Thank you

Surprising experience ...
