Frankly, I have rarely seen a lack of professionalism in a builder's garage. My vehicle was left for 3 weeks without any work being done. First we have to watch it from Friday, then from Monday then ... Never seen that this one leaves again in the initial garage since there is no time to take care of it. It's easier to say from the start that you don't have time, instead of wasting 3 weeks for one person. I would like to point out that the vehicle in question is not an old vehicle, and that it is the top of the range BMW.
