I came in March for a headlight adjustment service (€ 39) in view of the technical C. the next day ... problem during the adjustment side is not good ... I contacted by phone the manager of ford who sends me for a walk telling me that my bulbs that I installed were not good because tuning bulbs ... I told him that is exactly what the person in charge of the ct told me who told me said "I don't know how they could have made an adjustment because the bulbs are not good ..." Precisely when we pay a professional for a service, is it not up to the professional to inform you that the adjustment is not possible in this case ... ??? Fortunately the person in charge of the side changed me himself the bulbs and proceeded to the adjustment of the headlights otherwise I repaid a cons visit and therefore a service of adjustment of headlights elsewhere ... !!! I find that insane and dishonest ..... !!!!

Very unpleasant sellers. We are given an appointment and when we arrive the gentleman tells us that he must see other customers ?? He therefore introduces us to his work colleague, who knows nothing about our project. We have to tell him everything again, he examines the car for a trade-in and gives no quantified information. Neither for the price of the future car nor for the trade-in. He says he will send it all by email ?? Why not say it in the face? We get in the car and receive the email, it's absurd. Who can work like this? We are told that we are called back but it is up to us to do it and, to top it off, we are spoken to badly on the phone and said that we do not know how to count, while this man does not even explain the offers . Very unpleasant experience, we must review the working methods.
