A regular and long-time customer, I have always been satisfied with this store offering a wide choice of fabrics at reasonable prices. The staff always listening to me and providing good advice for the realization of my projects. But recently, the team has acquired an unpleasant and not very smiling saleswoman. What a pity!!

Lack of humanity, a little kindness and courtesy wouldn't hurt them .... too bad

I was a loyal customer, shopping two to three times a week because I am a professional in the clothing industry. Following the Covid, hydroalcolic gel is made available at the entrance to the store. Everything is going well until one day I am forced to wear it. However, I am very seriously allergic to this product and I report it, I even show pictures of my hands following a chemical burn from this product. Nothing to do I am refused entry when it is not compulsory, unlike the mask, which I wear of course. It even becomes a sketch, because one of the employees tells me that I just have to come up with my own gel ... What did she not understand in the word "allergic" ??? Brief refusal to sell, which is also prohibited. I wanted to play the game by doing local businesses work, but now I would do like everyone else, I would order on the internet.

Not very happy I took 4 lengths of different fabrics, the cuts of fabrics are not required so yes initially I have 2 cm more fabric than requested and made 4 see 5 centimeters less !!! We reproach not to make the traders work with us but at the same time I ordered several times on my small haberdashery and well everything well wrapped no cutting faults and in addition a small gift to slip inside.

Many choices of fabrics, threads, ribbons, buttons ... if you like the world of sewing, this is the place to go for a walk. Very warm welcome and accessible people with good advice.
