Washing machine purchased for 200 euros, HS drum after 2 washes. After 2 months in after-sales service, no news apart from the lies ... you must always remember to never have the same version .... To flee .... no serious, incompetent and liar.

We took a 4 year drawer freezer for a "gas failure". In early October we remember roanne and we are told that there is no freezer in our name. Where did he go ? We do not know we are even told that he never had. Customer for several years and having had any problems with the former seller, we are very disappointed with the new seller and will no longer be a customer. In addition this one we hung up on our nose during our apel. Last purchases August and September 2019. I do not recommend the store roanne !!!
