La Dégust’

Went here for the first time since it changed name. Very nice relaxed atmosphere, really laid back with plenty of space. Staff were excellent. Food was surprisingly good, had the vegetarian plate and it was delicious. The burger looked great too with really nice roasted new potatoes rather than chips which was a nice touch (I stole quite a few). Food prices I thought were very reasonable (about 11 to 15 euros for a main) and the wine list, while having quite some expensive options also had a some more modest ones. All and all an excellent evening, would definitely go back! A nice change from the bustle of Obrasures down the road. Also it says in the description that it was cash only but we paid by cards.

I believe the best wine bar in the area. Not so big, but not many tables and not so crowded. There are coaches and tall tables. There is a huge variety in bottles but we preferred the glasses to taste different varieties. Prices are good for both wine and food. We tried the tuna with sesame (not so good in my opinion), maki with zucchini (it was delicious) and Mozarella burrata with pesto (really good).

Wine was good but prices were high for a place in St Genis.
