The person that took the phone today was extremely rude and talked to me in an aggressive way just because I was asking if they could fix my chimney tube! I don't understand why they think it is correct to treat potential clients so badly. I strongly warn you against them.

Great company! For several years, I have been buying consumable equipment there (fittings at the start then compressed wood). This summer, we had our old wood stove connected with new pipes, installed by one of their teams. My "in-house" installation took a few years but it was time to change ... Now, we clearly see the signature of professionals! It's really better than what I had done ... Frankly, for our part, it's perfect from all points of view (advice, quality of work and price). Thanks to the bosses and the team, don't change anything!

I recently had a CONTURA 520 Style stove with powerstone installed in my home. The prior advice and visits were well oriented for my needs. The installation was done in a very professional manner, with all the necessary protections and explanations.
