BNP Paribas - Gap

The holidays and the RTT seem more important than to answer to their customers ... No advice, no listening neither for the personal adviser (Mr F Tu ...) nor pro, which she does not understand anything, does not fill the good information and pretends to be overwhelmed (Mrs. S Bu ...)! Deplorable agency no professionalism

Incompetent and no listening, disappointed.

The 30/07 the distributor BNP Foch while I consult my balances hangs and does not give me back my card ..... ok it can happen; but on Monday 31st give me to the agency, I am told that the card will not be returned to me until Wednesday 2 see 3/08. From Sunday 30/07 to Wednesday 3/08, 4 days without a card while I live in 06. It's unacceptable I don't understand, my BNP Monaco agency consulted BNP Foch .... that's how it is in Gap. You are free to judge, but I have my opinion on the BNP Gap report and the BNP clientele .........
