The pastries are as good as ever, but the organization of Christmas order pick-up could have been more efficient. We really enjoyed ourselves anyway!

The pastry is delicious. The taste and texture are really excellent. Only downside, I find it really too sweet, what a shame.

The raspberry soufflé is a delight. Just the right amount of sugar. I add the raspberry polish, dark chocolate and pistachio. Each bite is a delicate sensation. For gourmets, the polonaise with exotic fruits savored in October. Really very good.

The Polish is to die for !!! A very great success! On the other hand, for the seasonal fruits, I am a little less convinced. There were strawberries and berries inside even though it was mid February.
