I came to get bread and croissants, They were great, the crispy bread well baked ’as we like them, I bought an apricot bread that had fallen The croissants were great too By cons big negative point pastry! Frankly the cakes are really not good What a pity, several months ago they were really different, I don't know if this Is the pastry chef who has changed but I'm so damn disappointed 😢

My note only concerns the pastry part, I went there to look for a sandwich with necessarily a dessert so I took a chocolate eclair (my favorite dessert) they looked in any case visually not bad, but then 'she deceives and I weigh my words it's a shame to 2e the flash I think it should be home, and there given the lack of taste I wonder what it was in it, surely not real chocolate, It's not everything to have a beautiful storefront to play classy there but if it's not good, better to play on taste than on aesthetics. Really really disappointed, I will not go back there, I would go next time to their competitor Bathelaix maybe it will be better I hope. What would be good is that the owners take into account the opinions of the customers, and this calls into question in order to be able to improve the opinions are used for that, me when there is positive then there I say it too it is necessary that it works in both directions and not only for the negative but frankly it is serious for a pastry.

After the change of owner things did not start too badly, few changes. For some time, however, the quality has dropped dramatically: the pastries which were (and I weigh my words) real killers, I had never really eaten so good, are less and less good, THE success of the former owner, his pains au chocolat au lait, disappeared from the store, the recipe for cookies that were for me the best in Angers has changed and they are no longer cookies but rather shortbread that does not stick ( even mine are better, the pastries are less and less good too. Fortunately the tradition baguette has not changed, otherwise we would have clearly stopped going ...

General surprise I didn't say anything before but I have to they make covid arrangements but only change gloves every half hour by taking the money in their hands and then the pastries !!!! I therefore ask the baker why she does not use tongs at least for pastries? I didn’t tell me. Ok so distribution of covid for everyone ... it is very serious and it is not funny !!!! it is extremely dangerous
