If you don't want your duvet back, go ahead. Quilt deposited on July 18, 2020 and to date not found ... I was to be called back to keep me informed but no reminder !! It's up to me to call back twice and to move !! Now I have to wait two months for compensation. And I learn that compensation will be 40 euros for a 240 x 260 duvet and Dodo brand. I challenge you to find me a duvet of this size and and of this brand and warm !! It is a pure scandal and it is a shame !! Their responsibility is engaged and it is up to me to be the loser in the affair. To pay a new duvet double or even triple their compensation !! The case will not stay there!

2 coats deposited at the dry cleaners for cleaning + waterproofing, I recovered the 1st with its initial tasks, the 2nd with additional tasks and the fur completely screwed up ... I have never seen such an incompetent dry cleaning.
