I had my battery changed in this garage in July 2020. I was charged while the battery was under manufacturer's warranty. Following my request, I was promised to reimburse me after sending my RIB. It's been over a month since I sent my RIB and I still have not been reimbursed. I send emails and I call to follow up, no matter how much I leave messages to be called back, but I have no answer and no one calls me back. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way! It is obvious that I will never set foot in this garage again!

Very difficult to reach, and does not necessarily call back when we leave our contact details. But the mechanical workshop is great! Very professional and attentive at the end. Special mention for Patrick ;-)

Vehicle purchased in July 2019 in this garage, trade-in vehicle. it's a Clio, after a year the vehicle asks for an overhaul I make an appointment with Renault to do the overhaul and the mechanic informs me that there is an abnormal noise at the engine level. Advised by the mechanic, I go to TOYOTA to let them know that the vehicle is under warranty. from there the sales representative told me to do a diagnostic at Renault and all the coverage of the warranties will be their responsibility. After meeting in a large garage / Renault dealership, the mechanic tells me the same thing and that if he searches for engine noise, the work and other things will be my responsibility as it is me who makes the request. Since then I have been trying to get the TOYOTA L'Hay-les-Roses garage where I bought the vehicle and which we put a warranty on the vehicle, take care of the diagnostics and possible repair, but its last found nothing better than taking me for a walk between the different garages (always with the same answer "go to a garage yourself and depending on the result we will take care of") but they can't understand that it's not for me to run in different garage, and when we start to clear the way, we are left with no answer and no one knows what to do. So I do not recommend this garage, no follow-up, nobody knows anything, it's worrying for professionals !!!!
