So, as said in some other comments, yes a revision is expensive ... but compared to the competition the prices are more than honest! And then, in Paris, a warm welcome like theirs, it's well worth the price :) In short, thank you to the team of this garage, keep it up!

2nd visit to this garage .. the 1 year review nothing to report .. Confident I am going back for the 2 year review ... welcome is still good. But 400 euros for a 2-year overhaul on a petrol swift that has 13,000 km is delusional as confirmed by me the provincial garage where the vehicle comes from and where it will probably continue its maintenance ...

Very bad experience! We came to this dealership looking for a vehicle with a budget of around 15,000 euros. Although we were the only customers present, we bravely waited 20 minutes and watched the only salesperson quietly finish eating in his glass office (and who had seen our presence). Exasperated, we were leaving when he finally came out. When we ironically told him that we were about to leave, he replied "that we had to feed this body" ... We leave the readers of this review to evaluate the professionalism of this seller, uninterested in his work and visibly by the customer, not seeking to sell his products or represent the brand. Zero across the board. Of course we will look elsewhere.

I put a star for the welcome during the courtesy visit this morning, but the rest deserve zero stars. I'll make it short: 0 for the proposal to buy a Swift / the proposal made by email turned out to be incorrect, assessment is the customer who decides: either he pays for the errors, or he does not order ... no compensation, neither commercial gesture. 0 for delivery. Just before confinement, having no news near the delivery date, I get a date by phone, after more signs of life. I take over the contact on 12/05 without having received any email or post. The car is available but 12 days to take possession with a provisional registration. 0 for communication. Questions by email remain unanswered despite reminders by email and phone calls. 0 for accessories. I receive a welcome offer (20% on an accessory - excluding installation) I look on the official Suzuki site, a central armrest is new (at 167 €), I request a quote for the installation .... I get a quote on the phone after 3 email reminders and 4 calls on an armrest at more than € 200 (including discount) and one hour of installation at € 102 / hour Excluding taxes. How to tell you ???? The new € 167 model is "supposedly" for older versions of SWIFT. This is my disastrous experience ... so I share it because my mail and my electronic messages remained without effect or response.

I went to this garage to change the windshield of my Suzuki. Very welcome, Mr Djamou has been listening and made every effort to get my car back on time. They did all the checks and cleaned my car to my surprise. I recommend for service and professionalism.
