A good point for a young apprentice (in training) whose smile and goodwill distinguish him from his colleagues. And a point of excellence for the foreman, knowing how to intervene when necessary, combining availability and extreme courtesy towards the customer. Relatively derisory 1st revision amount, especially if it is accompanied by the provision of a replacement vehicle. Returned car washed on the outside. Overall positive strengths / improvement points.

Purchase of a new Dacia Sandero in June 2020 (delivered in August). Good contact with the saleswoman who was able to answer (almost) all my unusual questions about my partner's overweight (absent during the sale). Also good contact with the seller who gave me the car. Suddenly, the "only" correct reception of the secretaries seems a little below that of the salesmen (but it was not a bad reception either).
