RETAIL BAGNEUX PSA - Citroën

Over-selling and under-delivering. I brought in an old C3 (2002) a few month ago for a full review. Thinking that I would get the highest quality by going to Citroen rather than some other company. I got the highest price and a pretty bad quality. The quote went from 4-500 at the start to over 1000 EUR when we came to pick up the car. They had added a bunch of stuff to the list and once it was done not much we could do. They managed to give a discount but at that it's just too late. But that's not the best part. About 10-30km driving later the car broke down completely. The front suspension (which they had just checked) were broken and when I managed to bring it there, they've got a quote for 1200 EUR including new tyres and everything they can imagine. The repair salesman is trying to sell as much as he can. Then says, "would you rather buy a new car?" and bring me a car salesman. Who is neither friendly nor happy and bores me to death while telling me the best deal they can do is a used Citroen C2, that will be more expensive than a new hybrid Toyota! I liked the little C3, really wanted to get another one. But sadly this is the last time I will get a Citroen. The price vs the quality (not to mention service) is just not there.

I highly recommend this garage. A BIG thank you to Mr Emmanuel ANIEL for his welcome and his professionalism. He had the right arguments which helped me choose the car that best suited my needs. A new adventure that begins with Citroën thanks to him.

Very disappointed with MPSA. SALE: no answer or estimate for a trade-in + sale of a new vehicle ... If you don't want to work, there are agents on the internet who want it. After-sales service: I needed spare parts, I called you twice in Bagneux, twice in Malakoff. The only way is to send an email. Tried twice on the Bagneux form, on the Malakoff form, by email. NEVER ANSWER. Damn you. As indicated on the notice to MPSA Malakoff: I managed differently and elsewhere since you do not want to work. FAREWELL, I will no longer disturb you in your lethargy.
