I was delivered from a car with provisional plates (provided for in the contract), but their administrative process to obtain a registration card was not on time. So I was outlawed for over two months or I would be fined ... They led me on the phone, plus disrespecting the requested license plate number (department), yet it's straightforward customer service. they cash the check and then basta ....
