Hello I left a negative opinion on the Trappes point of sale a few days ago and I have since been lucky enough to have been put in touch with Mr. Narrainen by the director of the group who telephoned me the same evening of the publication of my review. I was very pleasantly surprised by the reaction of these two professionals, their involvement in trying to satisfy me as well as the punctuality of the meetings offered. I highly recommend Mr Narrainen. It was perhaps a global blunder with the vendors of Trappes. I turned to another purchase for timing reasons for a specific vehicle but will be sure to get back to them for a purchase.

Very good reception is very important. Relatively fast support but I'm talkative. I will come back and will judge on the quality of service performed today by the next service where the absence of the last star.
