Service excellent professionally and humanly very good, the reception is at the top, the person very welcoming by guiding his customers well. I rented a box for a few months to keep my furniture there. Operation is very convenient for 24/24

I rented a box Friday, December 10. Sending a contract no key handover. I must have the next day in the box. Saturday arrived with my boxes. The box is occupied by another person. I had to leave my boxes next to a staircase. Monday I called. We would have found me another box and I can get the keys when I want. Tuesday morning person to hand over the keys. The manager becomes a kind Gouja and hang up on me. Tuesday afternoon; I get the keys (just if the site manager not throw myself into my face. Unhappy because I'm not happy, do not do me any discount to compensate me. Not sure the behavior was the same face a man. in short, a poorly organized box and run by an incompetent who obviously did not know that trade word means. So a contract for a box paid but occupied by another and a box without a contract. I do not recommend Locakase Fresnes
