RUN AWAY !!!!!!! They arrived at two with an hour late. It lacked the mattress protection, the two wardrobes and hangers that were in my quote. According to them the cubage had been poorly done so I had to pay an extension of 150 € on site and a third mover. I was at the place of departure, and on arrival I noticed that they had damaged, broken a lot of things, but I noticed after their departure because the damaged things were hidden. CF photo attachment! The most fragile cardboard, which I gave them last and well specified, writes fragile everywhere on the cardboard, I found it hole! (see photo) In my quote I took a breakage insurance up to 10 000 € but since impossible to join them ..... they "make the dead". RUN AWAY!!! SCANDALOUS!!!!! The estimate and the contract mentioned a upright piano by staircase. On arrival only 2 movers were present, they could not get the piano ... So the piano was left on the ground floor, the boss told me he would bring providers later .... I HAVE NEVER REUSED TO JOIN THE COMPANY.
