Since my shopping experience with them went well in 2015, I tried to get help from them to reset my GPS: my calls and emails went unanswered (even an email telling me that 'they can't help me would have been welcome ... out of courtesy). At the same time, for another damaged vehicle (for a loved one), they published an estimate of € 3,400: by going to a competitor (independent garage), the estimate came to € 1,700.
