Actually 0 star! Very rude! I bought a trench 2 weeks ago and unfortunately the number doesn't fit me. So I went there and asked for refund. The woman who pretends it's her business said that she doesn't want to refund because this is her own policy. Really? In which century are we living??? Every shop does this...I definitely won't visit this shop again!!! And tell my friends too...It's a shame! Avoid it, don't recommend this shop!!!
Don't recommend this shop!It is not like other Benetton shops! Very un polite and also more expensive.
They don't know how to validate the benetton family card and so I lost my points 😬
