Big drugstore with a lot of "parapharmacie" products. Good deals. And of course, well located.

Advantages: not far from my home and fairly well supplied. Prices generally correct (except ... see below). Cons: inefficient staff (if there is a line, run away and come back later), (very) limited sense of service. And totally abusive prices on masks during confinement. I have been seeing her for many years, I still see it as a chore (but a local chore so I put up with it).

I was very badly received by a lady of Asian descent (if you come across her run away!), Who wouldn't give me my pill. This one asked me why I was not going to my usual pharmacy, so I explained to her that it was not in my route. Then when she saw my prescription or my doctor's signature did not appear because it had been sent to me by email, she asked me for a prescription sign with signature, even though my prescription was completely valid! Online consultations are more and more widespread and prescriptions are sent by email without the practitioner's signature! For a healthcare professional, she should be more informed! I had to leave and go to my usual pharmacy to get my prescription issued. A shame !

The rare times I went to this pharmacy, the staff were rude, you can tell you are bothering them. The pharmacy meanwhile, I find it narrow. Have not easily found the products that have sought and obviously no one to inform you!

The responsible staff are unfriendly and do not return products that you buy in the week before. Not at all recommend to use this pharmacy in Massy. Very poor service.
