Very poor quality chocolate candies. For a price (150 € per kg, just that!) Well above the average price charged by the biggest chocolate makers. Replacement couverture chocolate without cocoa butter, non-existent tempering, and tasteless ganaches and pralines. Indecent!

I wanted to buy marrons glacés yesterday. 8 sweet chestnuts: 31 euros! no iced chestnut is worth almost 4 € each! some stuff themselves during the holidays. At Patrick Roger, in Sceaux they are 22 euros 8 and they are delicious!
