Back in Berry definitively, I decided to change banks for several reasons. In La Chatre, I only had to cross the street! Taken care of very quickly by Ms. Pradeau, I saw all the pending issues resolved very quickly. I sincerely thank this lady for her work and her obstinacy, my file not being very simple. I also congratulate her for her competence. I also thank her for her courtesy, her extremely friendly welcome. Thank you also to all the people met in this agency for their courtesy, their availability. So for all that, I put SIX stars !!!

This bank greatly disappointed me. Staff, however, very courteous and kind, but you have to be wary of appearances. For a mortgage application, I lost a long month to raise, push, annoy me, to finally get a loan offer in total contradiction with my request: the variable rate instead of a fixed rate! The mistake is so huge! Do they still ask themselves what they do? Or do they discover their craft "by the water"? What a lack of organization in this bank! What a lack of basic professionalism some advisers ... I can not recommend that if you do not need anything.
